Hi girls, any of you been induced around 37-38 weeks ? And why did you get induced then?

I just had a scan the other day (34 weeks) and my baby dropped from the 25th percentile to the 15th so the doctor said there may possibly be growth restriction. I'm going to have another scan at 37 weeks and if she hasn't grown enough I will be induced. I'm really hoping this doesn't happen because I'm afraid it will end in a c-section 😔

I'm being induced between 37-38 weeks for my gestational diabetes. I'm 33 weeks right now and baby has estimated weight of 5lbs 5oz. I know it's just an estimate but from my experience these ultrasounds are pretty accurate. I see a prenatal specialist every week to keep on checking his size. I was also induced my last pregnancy at 37 weeks for the same reason. Baby was completely healthy and weighed 7lbs 15oz

Not lucky enough first baby I had GD and was induced 40+2 , 2nd baby induced at 41+5. This little one will be at 39 weeks via c section for medical reasons. 
Unfortunately I'll never get to go into labour naturally, but as long as buns is healthy that's all that matters :)

I'm being induced at 37 weeks because of my kidneys. 4 weeks ago they put a stent in my left kidney. A week ago they put a drain in my right kidney. I am praying for a c-section I don't think I can push with all this going on.

I was induced with my last baby at 38 weeks. Due to his size and my frame being so small. He was born at 10lbs 9.4oz 22 inches long at 38 weeks.. current pregnancy they're looking to induce again due to same reason.

I was induced at 39 weeks with my first (for high blood pressure and protein in urine). It was awful and I told my ob I do NOT want to be induced this time. So if baby is doing ok and my uterus still has enough fluid I won't be induced until 42 weeks (they normally put you on the list 10 days after your due date)

Inducing at 39+1 as of right now, but I get weekly scans with my weekly appts,  it could change if the baby decides to have a growth spurt, more than her normal right now.  I have GD, but my son had shoulder displasia at 8lbs 9oz., and my husband was a 13 lbs baby!  I'm trying to avoid csection, and my dr is awesome and hoping to follow my wish! I'm 36 weeks and 1/2 cm dilated....hopefully the baby keeps wiggling down! Lol
