Help! Bad reviews for my obstetrician.

I have a high risk pregnancy, due to having a stroke 6 years ago. I was referred to an obstetrician for this; however, she is going on maternity leave this month. Her replacement was a male and at that point, I didn't feel comfortable with it. I was referred to another doctor. I read her reviews and 80% of her patients hated her. Terrible bedside manner, very rude and generally unpleasant to deal with. 3 of them claimed their baby was severely handicapped or died because she didn't act during the birth (letting the baby's heart rate drop too low, etc).
