Just found out i tested positive for groub b strep.  Has anyone tested positive ? Did u have to get induced? Or did u chose to get induced?

Beware after the antibiotics you will swell a bit in the hand/feet for a good 7 days after birth 😩

You just have to have antibiotics while you're in labor it's not a big deal and no you don't have to be induced.

I was induced at 37 weeks with my first due to GBS+ as I live 2 hours from the nearest hospital and I delivered in under 3hrs. With my second I'm only 36 wks and have just got the bfp for GBS and will be induced at 37 weeks again.

Had my baby dec 22 and i had gbs they put me antibiotics every 4 hours from the timee i was admittied to the time i had the baby inhad about 4 rounds of antibiodics. Unfortunately i got induced becuase my baby wasn't doing so good on the nonstress test

I tested positive doctor said I'll be fine & there going to give me antibiotics while in labor

They don't even test you for it here in NZ. From what I've heard you just have a normal labour but they put you on antibiotic IV when you get to hospital.
