Hi girls! I don't usually post but I'm not sure what to do. I'm thank god 13 weeks pregnant.  Today while I was sleeping I had a terrible pain on the right side of my low belly that only lasted for a couple of seconds and then everything was normal again. This never happened to me before. Should I go to the doctor make sure everything is ok o this is something normal? Thank you and wishing you all happy and healthy pregnancies!
