Try wiping it away. It could possibly be milk. If it doesn't wipe away call babies doctor to make sure.

I wanna add that it is only on his tongue, not anywhere else inside the mouth or lips.
He also has a hoarse voice lately, which is odd because we do not let him CIO or let him cry much at all. No signs of congestion or other sickness.

That is definitely thrush! We have it here for the second time already!

My baby gets it only on her tongue too. Gentian Violet cured it for us quickly, but it came back a couple weeks later. :(

Look up the Jack Newman Candida Protocol--- all the info you could ever need to treat it.

This is exactly what my daughter tongue looked like last week. It was definitely thrush. No where else in her mouth just the tongue. Milk tongue isn't usually that thick, you can typically see pink through the milk.

My babies pediatrician checked for thrush for me. All he did was scrape his tongue to see if it scrapes off or not. He said it's not thrush. My sons tongue looks exactly like your sons

What should i wipe with? Some cloth or try scraping it w a spoon?
