How long did you Push?!

36 weeks and I'm freaking out to when it comes to the pushing part in labor. This is my second child but it's been 6 years I feel like a newbie again. Honestly, my first childbirth was a blur. How long did it take you to Push? And what are some techniques in not becoming tired from Pushing? (I feel like I will be so tired I might pass out I'm so nervous)

I pushed for 20 minutes. The pushing part didn't feel that painful to me either. My contractions were intense though because I was induced and couldn't have an epidural.

I've heard to push like you have to poop. That's what my sister did and her doctor said she did really good! Lol and no she didn't poop 😉

First child I pushed for four hours. Second child I pushed for 1 minute lol.

I was in Labour 23 1/2 hours. Hard labour for 14 and pushed for only 10 min.

Push like you're pooping. And for me, FTM, in labor for a week pushed for 45 min. They usually say a FTM will push for 1.5-2 hrs.

48 min and honestly it didn't even feel that long. You don't notice the time passing, you're so focused. I was even watching the clock the whole time and I still couldn't believe how quick time was going

1 hour and 45 minutes.  It didn't feel like that long though.  My water broke sometime at 4 am and had her at 3:32 labor wasn't to bad.  It got worse by 5-6cm. But I had epidural so not to bad.
