Sooo, on 1/4 I started having contractions around 7:30ish. They weren't constant or painful so I overlooked them. After me and my daughter watched a movie, I get her ready for bed cause school started the next day. Around 9:30, my contractions were bad and getting painful. My right side hurt so bad it hurt to bend or walk. I try repositioning myself, didn't work. I try taking a hot bath, didn't work. So I call the after hours doctor number and they said just go on to l & d and get checked out . About 10:15 10:30 I get to l&d, they hook me up and instantly my contractions start picking up on the monitor. Well after about 20 mins, the nurse comes in and checks me. She said I feel about a 2 or 3 on the outside, nothing on the inside. Hurts so bad btw ! Well she leaves and comes back about 30 maybe 45 mins later, checks me again . I changed from a 2-3 to a 4 on the outside, 3 on the inside. So she tells me they decide their going to keep me overnight cause even though my contractions isn't very very close, their making me dilate more. This was at anout 1 close to 2ish she tells me their going to keep me. Well i toss and turn all night. Cant get comfy, so restless, then when i do get comfy, baby isnt and they come in there to change my position so they can pick up his heartbeat again. So fast forward to about maybe 6. I finally doze off enough for it to be considered a nap lol, when another nurse comes in about 6:30ish to tell me, "are you ready to meet your baby today?" I instantly start freaking out . Although I knew it was close to time to have him, hearing that question instantly made me feel not ready. Well they took my blood, put more ivs in, cleaned me, etc etc. And said at 7:30 (1/5) we could go prep in the or after my labs came back. Well SO is so ecstatic and hyper at this point trying to calm my nerves and get me to stop freaking out lol. 8 rolls around and they still haven't come back in to tell me anything so I lay down and try taking a nap cause I literally haven't slept none. About 8:15-8:30 they come In and tell me it's go time. They take me back and start preping me, while SO changed into his scrubs and such. Well, she starts the surgery and close to when when she starts pushing on my stomach, I hear her say, oh wow look at all that haiiirrr!!! After a few pushes on my stomach.. at 9:11 am on 1/5/17..... I hear my little man's first cry...then just as I start crying, my doctor, my SO, and the other nurses starts laughing when I heard doc saying, omg he's peeing everywhere lol. SO comes over after a few minutes and says he's beautiful baby . They bring me my Lil man for about 3 minutes before him, daddy, and nurse disappear to go do weight and tests. My little man turns out to be 6lbs, 13oz, and 21 inches long.

Big sister is already protective and doesn't want no one but her holding him lol. Any time anyone else touches him she gets so mad lol. Breastfeeding hasn't been easy, but I'm not giving up. Also, I had a repeat c section . And for anyone who is nervous. Don't be. I have super bad nerves. And it has honestly been super easy. From the bleeding, to getting up walking around. The only thing I've been having trouble with is, the pain meds. I obviously wasn't agreeing with the pain meds they was giving me and I kept getting sick. Couldn't keep anything down. But they changed them, and so far so good!!
