when do you start your cycles?!
Hello ladies, im on my second cycle with Letrozole/Femera. I don't have menses on my own and began medroxyprogesterone 10 mg for 7 days. I started seeing dark brown spotting on the 4th of Jan. The 5th it was a mix of brown and red, this morning it's red. When do I count it as cycle day 1 as I'm supposed to begin my letrozole cd 3-7 5mg.
