DAY OF BIRTH

Was your SO able to be excused from work the day of your babies birth? They won't let my Husband leave work if the baby comes unexpectedly and I'd be so upset if he couldn't be there. Also he doesn't get time off after the babies born. They just told him to estimate when the baby will be here and request for vacation time off which is payed at least. I was induced with my first so we were able to work around it. Maybe I can ask my doctor to induce me so my husband can be in vacation. But babies are unpredictable and could come early😅😅😅😅 STRESSING OUT
