is popcorn okay to eat? first trimester //

Just wondering cause I've been eating popcorn all morning! It's the only thing that doesn't make me nauseous.

Don't see why it wouldn't be! Your suppose to stay away from fish with high mercury and deli meats unless warmed. I'm not sure of anything else that's not okay but I can't imagine why popcorn would be unsafe. Maybe a tiny bit unhealthy 😂 but you should be okay mama

Yes it's fine.  But the artificial butter they use on some of them isn't very healthy so if you're eating it often get one without the artificial butter even if you add real butter spray on top of it.
