I have insomnia and have gone 2 days without any of my sleeping mess and I only slept an hour and a half and so I had to go back on it (harmful for the baby, but I have to sleep) I called the doctor yesterday and they said to take 2 Benadryl and I did and I only got less than an hour of sleep. I called today and said that I need to call my obgyn.. I did and since I'm not a patient they can't do anything and that I need to go to the ER. Please pray everything will be okay... my pregnancy is a high risk pregnancy I believe because of everything that happened before I found out I was pregnant
