How do you change a 9 month olds diaper? 😂

Yes the question is serious.
My squirmy booger rolls over the second I lay him down to change his diaper, I have to give him something of interest and quickly clean him up. And if that doesn't work I have to hold his arms down underneath my legs so he can't get poop and pee all over our carpets. 😑 
He SCREAMS bloody murder. 
Anyone have any tricks or is it a lost cause? Lol

Lol! Yea I just try to be REALLY quick. Got poo on my hand today actually and was wondering if other people have the same difficulties. Glad I'm not alone 😂💃🏻

There are strapes on my babies changing table. I just recently had to start strapping her down to change her diaper due to her trying to roll.

Oh my goodness I thought my kid was the only one. Diaper changes are a struggle. He wants to be moving at all times!

I get the wipes I will need out the box, open the diaper and set it to the side.. while I'm laying my daughter down I'm making silly faces and all sorts of noises with my mouth to get her attention then I give her a bottle with 2oz of water or juice and change her super fast! 😂

I dangle a toy so he keeps reaching for it. If he starts to get bored I give him the toy to chew and by then I'm almost done. He still kicks but usually gets distracted and doesn't roll!

I have NO idea. I've even changed his diaper while he's standing up like your guy is in the picture. But even that won't be a possibility soon.

My daughter is 9,5 months old and have been refusing to lay on her back to change her diaper since she was 8 months.
 We now let her stand up and hold us with her chest towards our chest and use pull up diapers..😅

I get everything ready including wipes and make funny faces and noises to keep him distracted but yes have to do it quick and I still use a mat and pull his shirt as high as I can just in case he flips he does not get poop on his clothes or wherever I change him
