sore nipples?

Does anyone else have random moments of incredibly sore nipples?! Like something is bitting/stabbing them? I'm 32 weeks and been dealing with this for almost the entire pregnancy

Omg it happens to me when my nipple get cold or really hard 😣

Yep- feels like fire ants.  My doc recommended lanolon or eucerin, making sure my bra fit appropriately, and nipple shields to stop them from touching anything.  I found a warm bath helps too.

I get a burning sensation frequently.  It stopped for most of the second trimester and started again this week (33 weeks).  Gets so bad that I have to put hot compresses on them to get it to loosen up.  Also noticed that nothing coming out when I massage them (usually does) so I figured it's just the ducts closing up or something for whatever reason.  Heat helps with that!
