Positive test with the nexplanon

I'm not sure if this is the right place but has anyone ever gotten pregnant while on the nexplanon? I have had mine since July and haven't had a period since august other than 1 day of spotting. I have been feeling really nauseous and just like I did when I found out I was pregnant with my son. I took a test yesterday and it was very faint not sure if it was indent or in fact a positive.
