Mood swings are in full effect tonight. I called ATT to get our cable turned on again. I told the rep at the beginning of the call that I wanted to order service and asked him if he was the one to talk to. He said YES then proceeded to ask me other questions. Blah blah blah. 5 min goes by and he finishes by saying, "for new service, I will need to transfer you to another department. However they are closed now. I can give you the number."  WTF. I literally asked him from the get go if he was the one I needed to talk to. Wasted 5 min. No cable. So annoyed. 😤😡😩
