A quick background: I stopped using nuvaring end of Oct. had withdrawal bleeding (3days), normal period in Nov. (my normal is very heavy bleeding for 5-7 days) and a period that came about a week late in Dec. but is extremely light, barely enough to fill a pad and only really showing when I wipe (started out bright red, now brown) but lasted 8 days. I have cramps that are causing back and hip pain, dizziness, hot flashes, and just overall not feeling myself. And on top of it I have had a cold/sinus infection for over 3 weeks. Took a test but BFN. Doctor says to stay hydrated, which I have been doing. Any thoughts on what is going on? Any similar stories? All advice is appreciated!
