Are rape fantasies (in females and men) keeping rape culture alive?

Many men and women both have rape fantasies. Men will admit to it more than women. Most women will not admit to it, but a study (given its on a small amount of women and not sure if its credible study altogether really) showed that 50% of women have these fantasies as well. Do you think these fantasies are a problem with rape culture and keep it alive? Just a small little debate please try to be civil.
