I have only one frozen day 6 embie left over that is freezing for our next cycle as this failed but I've read that it might not even make the defrost stage so what happens if it doesn't start the fresh all over again? U.K. (NhsFunded)

Me and my hubby purchased a multicyce package where we paid a large sum for 2 fresh cycles and unlimited frozen transfers, some places do shared risk which offer up to 6 fresh cycles and unlimited FET and if you don't fall pregnant or wish to with drawl you get all your money back

Yes if for any reason it doesn't survive then the cycle will be cancelled and you will need to start a fresh cycle. Where we live we were only able to have one cycle (1 fresh 1 frozen) on the NHS whereas other counties can get up to three cycles. Fingers crossed for you x
