Painful PIO injections! 😫😫
Has anyone else had really painful PiO injections? My first one I didn't feel a thing second small pinch same as the 3rd but this morning holy cow! It hurt so bad I started crying instantly and couldn't wait for my husband to take the needle out. Any tricks I can do to help make them hurt less??
