Feeling lost and hopeless, don't know what to do.

My husband and I are both sick with the flu. I am 32 weeks and 5 days. I have early postpartum depression. We had to go to the on labor delivery this week, I am so sick it was causing false contractions. I caught my husband talking to random women through emails and dating sites a couple of weeks ago. I now have access to all. He go mad about my control with his phone today and left. I don't know what to do. I am having every horrible thought you can and emotionally I am not dealing with the situation. Ahhhhhhh!
