Weird cramping

Ok so im 7dpo and this morning i woke up with slight af like cramping i was kinda wet down there and i have to poop i went twice in the past hour now i cant go no more i took a pt yesterday and on the 30th they both came out posotive but very light could this be implantation cramping bit is it possible to have implantation without the bleeding
