When I first came across Glo I was in the App Store looking for a app that could just help me figure out if I was possibly pregnant because I was 10 days late for my period. I'm only 18 and don't have anyone besides my boyfriend, I do everything for myself. My mom and other female family are still upset that I moved out so they've "disowned" me. At first when I started on Glo I was thinking these ladies have life all figured out they're so perfect and I was scared to post things because I'm gonna look dumb. I felt like because I'm 18 I should know the answer to some things I wanted to ask. When I actually started to read the post on here and see how others commented, actually cared and wanted to help one another I was so shocked. Then little by little I started to open up and post about myself. When I posted the teen pregnancy post I was upset about something that someone had said to me at work about being a young mom. I never thought it would help so many young ladies and I would get allot of people that agreed. If anything I thought people would not understand. But seeing that even I helped someone made me fall in love with Glo. My point is that I came on Glo for such a small reason and now I use it way more than I would've ever imagined. I still care about my mom and aunts but I can't force them to be in my life. I'm not saying they don't matter because I've found Glo, but talking to you women here make not having them a tad bit easier. We are like a little community/family. We all know Glo has hot heads and everyone doesn't always see eye to eye and we can talk about that all day. But why not talk about the positivity that Glo has and how it has helped you or gave you a chance to help someone else ❤. Tell us why you joined Glo and what it has done for you. I would like to have teens comment too. Sometimes the older women on Glo may feel its annoying to have younger girls on here, but if they know why you're really here maybe they'll lighten up and even help. READY. SET. COMMENT. 😙
