Recently I went in for a Lap to check for endo. What they found I would have never expected. Being that I've only been with a small number of people I was shocked when they told me I had previously had chlamydia in my teenage years that had spread to my fillopian tubes and scarring had blocked them off which was why I couldn't conceive. I knew during my second boyfriend (who I didn't know was cheating on me) that something was wrong when sex started to hurt but I looked past it because I had cyst on my bladder that can cause the same thing sometimes. Well the pain lasted for years and I had std test and all came out negative. The problem was that the std he did give me cleared up on its own but before it did it spread to my tubes. If I had never went in and had surgery and had the scarring removed I would have never had a family. This isn't to get support or to have people feel bad it's to warn other people who may have fertility issues and possibly had chlamydia in the past! With that being said I'm happy to say this will be my first month trying to a baby that I may actually have a shot! ♥️
