With my first the heart rate at 6 weeks was 120 and it was a boy!! Pregnant with my second at 6 weeks ultrasound heart rate was 111 still don't know the gender but I believe if the heart Rate is below 140 it's a boy and above its a girl.. so based on the theory is say girl!!!
