2nd night in a row face is flushed around the same time

I'm done ovulating and ttc. I have cramps, egg whites discharge (just a little bit and I have used oak test and know when I surged), tired, headache...but most of all last night and tonight I have had 2 hot flushes on my face...around the same time. Could this be due to conception?? I'm at a loss I've never had this happen haven't changed my diet or face wash or anything. Help??
