Nosebleeds! 👃🏻

Anybody experiencing nosebleeds? I know it's a symptom, but I'm scared it's going to give away the secret before we tell the parents. We have dinner with my in laws every Sunday and they have been bugging us about having children so they look for every little sign. On Christmas I got a super precious gift and starting bawling and his mom immediately said "are you pregnant?" Sooooo this is going to be fun to explain nosebleeds if it happens in front of them. Anybody else going through this? Any advice? Have any good white lies for me if it does happen?
