Im cramping but no period what the heck?????

Im cramping like a pulling twinges but no af and I have been peeing alot crying out of the middle of no where hungry as a horse and getting up in the middle of the night to eat back hurts I had light spotting for a day and a half and no af and tired in the middle of the day taking naps right before bed and naps naps not due for af till the 15th is this pregnancy I ovulated a week and 4 days ago I need advise
