How short is too short for luteal phase? I've noticed my cycles are 28 days but I don't ovulate usually till cd 16-17? Is a 10-12 day luteal phase too short???

Usually 10 days and below is what is considered cause for concern! If you're averaging 11-12, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
