Nursery recommendations

Hi All!!

My husband and I live in a 2 bedroom townhouse. We are expecting our first baby early July! Eeek! We are looking for some ideas to transform our guest room/office combo into a nursery. It would be ideal for us to not lose either the guest room or office. (we are really stretching our limits hehe) Any and all recommendations are wanted and accepted!!
