I want to be at least 24 because:
1. I won't be done with school until then (gotta get that master's degree)
2.The prefrontal cortex (the part of your brain that is responsible for planning, and decision making) isn't done forming until you're at least 24.

No younger than 25 for me because of school. And if I'm not married by 30 then no kids for me. (As far as giving birth goes.) I honestly don't even want to give birth. I depends on the person and/or couple though.

I'm not sure why the youngest age is 21. Even if you don't agree with having children young, what's good for you, may not be good for someone else and vice Versa.
