Birth Control Shot
I have been on the birth control shot for a good bit now and my weight has been changing up-and-down. I'm concerned that this shot may be causing my weight gain along with my bad eating habits and not working out as much. My question is, are there any birth controls that don't cause Weight gain? Or any tips on healthier dieting and work out strategies?
