What's in your diaper bag?

What do you pack for your two month baby? 
I feel like i dont everything I need for my son or sometimes I feel like I over pack. So I just wanted to see what you girls pack to get ideas to add in my diaper bag (:

I probably over pack just because I'd hate to need something and not have it. Diapers, wipes, nipple balm, a bottle, a spare outfit, pair of socks, pair of mittens, a hat, lip balm, germ x, a onesie, diaper rash ointment, a small bottle of prenatals, a nipple guard. I'm sure there's more ha

Diapers, wipes, formula, bottles, extra clothes and rash cream just in case

Never feel like you over pack. You never know what you'll need.

Currently we use a very small bag and just have diapers, wipes, 2 changes of clothes, the bulb sucker thing, diaper rash cream, and a receiving blanket.

Pampers whips.. Extra set of clothes just in case.. Baby milk that's really it
