daughter wont sleep

My daughter is 11 months old. She is refusing to nap. She will only sleep in her crib, but she fell out this morning becuase i didnt lower it. I dont have to tools to lower it until my husband gets home at 11. She however has not napped and she goes to sleep at 7, which i know she wont because she just refuses to sleep anywhere else. She hates to be cuddled, or rocked. She wont lay on the floor, even on blankets. She wont lay in bed with me but i cant risk putting her in her crib. What should i do? She screams nonstop when shes tired and doesnt stop until shes in her crib
