Well I guess I understand not wanting someone with a kid when you're young. You didn't sign up to take that responsibility. But yeah must feel bad if you've got a kid and nobody wants to get serious with you.

I mean, when I was single I didn't want to date a man with kids...I commend anyone who wants to take on that responsibility, it just wasn't for me. I can't judge someone else for the same thing. Probably could have worded it better though...no sense in being an asshole about it.

I've got in a bad emotional state lately. My friends say I'm so badly gas-lit, but whatever. I want to be a mother of many... And no matter how good I am, in the mist of hookup culture, NO ONE wants to keep me. Everyone out here wants to bang and bounce. I'm gonna be 29 soon.. So I'll use these monthly flings as a way to get my children, because this hookup trend isn't slowing down at all. Every dude lies about how they are in the beginning, and it's a shame they're saying such horrible things putting full blame on the single mother instead of the absent father

Well I met the love of my life through pof! We've been together 10 months now. Pretty amazed tbh. I was single 13 years out of choice due to an abusive ex who's the father of my son. I refuse to allow the men i meet to get near my son for many months of dating,  I'm also upfront about him existing. That way they can just pass on by if they don't want the kid issue.  I passed on so many men over the years who wanted an instant family and to play daddy. You have to weed out the scum on pof and other dating sites but it is possible to meet nice guys too. My friend met her husband on pof and I have 2 other friends who met their husband's on match. Hang in there and good luck!

That's how online dating is ppl are assholes. But honestly I don't see anything wrong with make it clear that you don't want a person with kids. Being with someone who has kids isn't easy.

I mean i was single when i had my daughter. I actually had about 3 dudes before i had her up until she was about 9 months old saying they wanted to be her father. They were full of shit and weren't ready for it. I now have a husband who treats her like his own. However, i would rather those men be honest with me then lie about it. There is a way to be honest but be respectful though.
