Ladies can you tell if my LO is cutting a tooth?

Ladies what do you think? Could my almost 4.5 month old be cutting a tooth? It's hard to get a good picture, but for the last few days my normally very happy baby has been very cranky. He's always putting his hands and other things in his mouth which he has been doing for a while now along with drooling all the time so I'm not quite sure. I think I may see something on the right side.

My pediatrician said almost all babies don't start cutting teeth til at least 6 mo. Drool and hands to mouth is a developmental thing, not necessarily related to cutting teeth at your babies age.

My little girl got her first tooth at about 6 months but I honestly thought she was teething for a couple months before that. She drooled like crazy and was putting everything and anything in her mouth. Babies can drool and be fussy long before their first tooth actually cuts through. Every baby is different though! Just keep an eye on it. Tylenol helped us for those really tough nights along with lots of cuddles.

My lo started getting teeth around 4mths she has 2 bottom 2 canines and top teeth vomming through

You can usually tell if a baby is cutting teeth because they'll get a bubble on their gum before the tooth starts showing.
