don't know what this pain is

So I have a question. I have the Mirena IUD and for the past 5 days I have been sick with bronchitis! Before that I was working out intensely and have been very sore. I have been coughing up a storm for the past week and been feeling my body's soreness especially on my lower abdomen where my left ovary is. Now I am feeling a lot better but still am coughing a little and every time I cough it seems like my left ovary is in pain. Now I'm nervous that my IUD may have moved into my ovaries or something but I know that if it does move I would have severe cramping which I don't and bleeding which I don't so idk maybe it's just a scarred muscle. Someone please help!!
