did I miss ovulation?

These tests were taken cd 13 and 14. I wasn't taking 2 ovulation tests a day during my fertile window because I didn't have that many left and I usually don't ovulate until cd 17. I took my last ovulation  test on cd 17 and it was lighter than these 2. Do you think it's a possibility that I ovulated and just missed it since I wasn't testing twice a day since these tests are almost as dark as the control line?
