Squats and embarrassing problem
Hello! I got tired of disliking what I saw in the mirror and started to do something about it. I saw this "squat challenge" that I had done a couple years ago when I was roughly 30-40 pounds lighter. It did wonderful results on lifting and firming my butt, so I wanted to try it again.
However, whenever I did the first squat it hurt. Not my muscles though. My fat actually pinched itself when I started. That was painful, and very embarrassing.
Do you have any tips on not having this issue? Or do I just have to lose a little more weight before I try again.
