How do you deal with a miscarriage?

Found out today that I misscarried very early How do those that have been thought sealed with it?

Just keep in company of those you trust and can open up with. If you don't know anyone to talk to there are a lot of online support groups. I'm going through my second miscarriage. I know it's not easy. Just find what makes you calm or smile.

I found out I was six weeks pregnant in February 2016. Went back for my check up and I found out I was having twins but the doctor couldn't find the heartbeats. I had to schedule a d&c because my body kept thinking I was pregnant. I never bled. It broke out hearts. We both broke down but he was stronger than me. We didn't know how to cope with it. We both ended up getting a tattoo for our babies soon after t happened. They were the size of raspberries. I would have random days where I would just cry and miss them. On what was supposed to be their due date, we let go of two yellow balloons. Time does heal but my heart still aches for them.

I'm very sorry you have to be a part of this shitty club. I've also had 2 miscarriages. One at 5 weeks and one at 8w5d. After them I felt like a zombie for weeks. I didn't want to do anything or face anyone. I started Journaling my thoughts and eventually I found myself writing to the baby. It made me feel better and eventually I started to go out more and be less like a zombie. I still think about it often, and there are a lot of what ifs. I know it irks some, but I'm one of those people who believe if it wasn't meant to happen, it wasn't meant to happen.  For whatever the reason, that baby was not meant to make it. It hurts so bad, but I can't keep blaming myself. Miscarriages happen more often than people realize. A million things have to happen at the exact right time to have a healthy baby. It's honestly a miracle so many healthy babies are born. I also got a tattoo so my angel babies will never be forgotten

Don't be afraid to talk about it. Don't keep your feelings to yourself. After the physical part was over for me I felt it was much easier to deal with the emotional part. I'm so sorry you are going through this.❤️

I miscarried October 2nd at 8 weeks 3 days. I was completely heartbroken and went home from the hospital to hold my 2 year old daughter as I sat there crying my eyes out. It's really hard at first but once I accepted that it was natures way of saying it wasn't meant to be , that the baby could have been born and suffered some sort of illness I felt comfort that it wouldn't have to endure such a life and was taken into Heaven instead. It also helped to start talking about it. I just started TTC  so I can get my Rainbow baby . Stay strong , you will conceive again and be happier then ever !

I had a miscarriage in October, 3 days before my wedding and I was 8w3d. We had to schedule a D&C. It was the worst day of my life but with my family and close friends that knew about it, it helped. My husband and I are still healing and think about what if our baby was still here but everyday is a challenge and some days are worse than others. It helps me to talk about it and try not get jealous or envy my best friend, sister in law and other friends that are currently pregnant. Everything happens for a reason and I'm still waiting for that reason. Hoping for our rainbow baby 💜

At first I felt really selfish... I didn't want to talk about it and went to shopping and spent all my money I had started saving for my baby...  I feel that was a way to cope for me. I dressed up every day, did my makeup and walked around like nothing had happened and that I was ok. But that was me hiding the pain... I cried at any sight of a baby or anything pregnancy related. My youngest sister has twin boys that were only about 4-5 months at the time and I couldn't even get myself to hold them, my own nephews 😢😭... It was harder for me when I was alone and had time to think about it. But finally, I felt the closure I needed was to get a tattoo that felt and meant to me that my baby would be with me forever. It's only been 5 months since my MC but I won't give up. I'll have a baby... when it's meant to be it will be.
