Repeat csection

Im having my 3rd csection. The 1st 2 were at 36 weeks and 38 weeks because i went into labor. This one, as of now is going to be scheduled at 39 weeks. Had my 20 week ultrasound and baby is measuring quite big. Do you think they will schedule at 38 weeks if baby continues to grow bigger(obviously she'll get bigger but i mean bigger than she's suppose to be at certain weeks)? Considering i went into labor earlier with the other 2 and doctor has already stated he wants to avoid me going into labor before the scheduled date. It slipped my mind to ask when i was at the office the other day, curious what y'alls similar experiences have been.
