How many Newborn diapers to buy?

I wanted to know from previous mothers here how long they used NB size diapers before moving to size 1 for a baby that weighs around 6-7 lb at birth. I am wondering if a buy a huge 252 pack of NB diapers, would I use it all?

I think one pack is good bc you really don't know how how much your baby is going to use or how big he she will grow. I know we used 10-15 diapers a day when she was born at 6 lbs. And she didn't gain much weight right away. But if you buy 250. That will last you about 25 days if he/she uses the average 10 a day lol. So one box is good.

My first baby was on a larger side (8.5 lbs), so newborn diapers did not cut it. 
Get size 1 - if you truly need NB size, you can easily get a small pack as needed. Otherwise you won't be able to use them all and you can't return them, plus no one will buy an opened package (even if it's 90% off) due to perceived health risks.

My LO was 8lbs and we used a package of 30 or so nb. Really size 1 would have done fine but the newborn ones were lower on the belly button area so there was less folding.

I have one small pack of newborns. Then about  1,500 size 1 and 2's in different brands.

Newborn usually goes up to 10lbs and size 1 goes up to 14 lbs so it all depends on how big you think your baby will be 1 got 1 case of Newborn and a small pack.
