Sooo I'm wanting to cover my dark circles under my eye. Not sure what to use.

I also am in the midst of growing my eyebrows out but would like to get some makeup to fill them in and make them look picture perfect. Also, I wanna get fake lashes to put on but more natural looking fake lashes- how do I do this?? I tried once and it looked HORRIBLE.
