VAGINAL ITCHING HELP 😩😫😰

For a day or two now I've noticed vaginal itching and irritation and like white/yellow discharge. Idk what to do I'm freaking out cuz like I wanna talk to somebody about it but have no one hence why I'm here venting 🙂 but I'm scared that it could be yeast infection or even a sexual transmitted  disease  I would have no way of telling my mom 🙄 but if you had this before please give me tips
