Breastfeeding help?

Am I doing something wrong? I don't remember what this was like with my first 7 years ago...

Daughter was born on Wednesday, and milk started coming in Friday night. All day yesterday, my breasts were engorged. I tried pumping to relieve it, and nearly nothing came out. Today, same thing.

I know baby is doing fine because she's had plenty of wet and poopy diapers- and it has transitioned to that lovely shade of green, which I know will turn to mustard soon.

But why can't I get any relief? Why can't I get milk out- it's coming out in drips and not a stream like I remember when I did this year's ago.

I'm definitely hydrated enough. What am I doing wrong?
