So my boobs were super sore last week and still tender today and it's been a week. I felt them and I feel these hard lumps , it's the exsact same spot on each boob, it's where your lymph nodes are located I believe. And than you go a little lower into the boob more it's tender and a bump, assuming a glad?? I dont know what is going on but I'm freaking. I did have bad cramps last night so could it just be period related?? I have the IUD so I don't actually bleed but get the rest. So not sure why they are swollen, i dont think it's something super serious if it's the same on each boob? Opinions please ?
