Anxiety at night
Anybody have good ways to calm down at night? I think I had a mostly good day, but when I lay down to sleep, it's like I'm with in the fave with a brick wall. Every bad and scary thought associated with anxiety all at once, especially about death. I once had to call my boyfriend at 2am crying because I thought I was going to die in my sleep. Anybody have any calming techniques for falling asleep with less anxiety?
