Anterior or Posterior Placenta?

Can anyone tell me if the placenta is anterior or posterior? I cannot remember what the tech said.

I would ask your ob cuz mine looks like this in both pregnancies and they're both different. My first son was anterior and this one is posterior.

Yours is on the opposite side of mine and my ultrasound tech said I has an anterior.
