Ovulating in 24 hours when should we have sex?

Question

Had an ultrasound today and she confirmed that I will be ovulating within 24 hours from my right ovary. I also have a 4cm cyst on my left ovary, this is the second one since August. Haven't confirmed if it's PCOS, not familiar with the symptom, only what I've read on google.

Soon as I get a faint on my opk I waist no time and start evey over say there forward ! Good luck

I say start now. Sperm can live up to 3 days I believe, so the more the merrier 😊

I had sex every other day then 2 days back to back! You just never know! I had the positive ovulation yesterday so I'm still ovulating, had sex yesterday but idk of I should have sex again.

My obgyn suggested that I bd every other day. When I get a positive opk bd that day, skip a day and bd again. I started clomid this cycle . We've been ttc for 7 months. Good luck😊
