What regular foods do you give your babies? Madelynn will be 9 months on the 18th and she does bottles and baby food also mash potatoes and grits but what other foods can I give her?

Try soft versions of the purees she likes. Steamed veggies, baked apples, banana chunks, etc. Also, check out some youtube videos of gagging (normal) vs. choking so you don't get startled by all the sounds.

My daughter has eaten exactly the same food as us at every meal since 6 months, never had any purée or mash it's no necessary 😊 look up BLW

We do BLW and he eats everything we eat with low sodium as much as possible and no honey. He has had steak, ground beef, meatballs, chicken, pork, fish, bread, pasta, all types of veggies, all types of fruit, peanut butter, cheese, yogurt, etc.

I agree with what Caitlin said! Our daycare provider told us to start with chicken, meat and to try avocado, beans. I hadn't thought of pasta and am going to give that a try today! He really wants to eat cheese but has a dairy allergy so that's not an option for us but could be a good food to try.

My son has a Milk Protein Allergy so I have to be careful what he eats. As long as there is no Milk in the food I give it to him. He eats lots of veggies, fruit, chicken, pork, pasta, waffles, cheerios, etc. Some of his favorite foods right now are Avocado, Pickles, Peas, Chicken Sausage, Oranges, and Carrots! I just make sure they are a manageable size and texture for him to eat. I am hoping he grows out of the MPA sooner rather than later so I can give him more of what we eat. It can be hard making food him that's different than what we eat some nights

I've just started steamed vegetables, pasta, and some small chunks of meat. Avocados have been a favorite since starting solids and are easy to cut up and serve.  My daughter was rapidly losing interest in anything on a spoon. Even her morning oatmeal that she would devour.

My son loves steamed veggies! Broccoli is his favorite. We are still trying to venture out to new foods ourselves. My son has a lot of food allergies so it's been a scary journey with him.
