Period after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage 11/24. At work today I suddenly started cramping. I went to the restroom and they became so severe I was on my hands and knees and left work. I felt nauseas. I started bleeding lightly about an hour after. The pain becomes bearable and then just hits hard again. I ended up vomiting and then dry heaving. The pain is all across my abdomen and when it subsides a little it is more on the left radiating to my back. It literally feels the same as my miscarriage and worse at times. Can anyone relate?
